Terms of Service

Introduction

Media Tech Management provides affordable social media management and related digital services as described on our website (mediatechmanagement.com). By signing up for our services, you agree to have read and understood our Terms & Conditions.

Collaboration & Communication

Service Delivery:

Media Tech Management strives to deliver high-quality services promptly. Each client is assigned an account manager as their point of contact and support. Timely, honest, and detailed feedback is crucial for a successful partnership. Deliverables approved by the client are considered final, with no additional revisions allowed after approval.

Third-Party Platform Issues:

We work with third-party social media platforms and cannot control issues such as connection errors, disconnections, or password changes. We will assist with errors within our control but recommend contacting platform support for issues beyond our reach.

Scheduling & Posting:

Approved content can only be scheduled and posted if at least one social media platform is connected to our scheduling platform. Inability to connect channels does not warrant a refund, as content creation services are still provided. Clients may manually post content if connection issues persist. Posting and scheduling are value-add services, and no pro-rated refunds are offered for technical issues.

Support:

Due to the nature of our affordable services, support is offered exclusively via our dashboard, live chat, or email. Phone support is not available.

Client Delays After Signup:

Service delivery begins after sign-up and completion of the onboarding questionnaire. Delays caused by the client, such as failure to complete onboarding, do not warrant a refund. Payments are converted into credits usable at any time, without expiration.

Lack of Feedback or Approval:

Timely feedback or approval on deliverables is essential. Delays in feedback may result in outdated or unusable posts, which will not be replaced. If no feedback or approval is received within 30 days, revisions are no longer permitted for that batch. Subsequent content creation will proceed as scheduled.

Respectful Communication:

Disrespectful or rude behavior toward our team will result in immediate account cancellation without a refund.

Best Practice:

Clients should promptly inform us of password changes, monitor account activity, and provide clear feedback. Silence or abrupt cancellation requests hinder effective collaboration.

Storage of Deliverables:

We retain deliverables for up to three months. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing content beyond this period.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services:

All services provided by Media Tech Management are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of our work. Payments cover time and effort spent on creative deliverables and cannot be refunded based on dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Connectivity Issues:

Content creation is the core service. Posting and scheduling are value-add services and do not qualify for refunds.

Results & Performance:

We do not guarantee specific marketing results, engagement, or growth. Our role is to deliver creative content based on client briefs and feedback.

Media Tech Management Obligations

Service Provision:

We reserve the right to reject clients at our discretion. Policies and procedures, including pricing and package details, may change without prior notice.

Client Approvals:

Content is deemed approved if no response is received within one month of delivery.

Fees & Payment

Payment Terms:

Fees are payable in advance. Monthly charges continue until cancellation. Services are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

Clients may cancel at any time via the Client Portal. Prorated refunds are not provided.

Unapproved Content:

Unapproved content is auto-approved after 30 days.

Warranty Disclaimers

Limitations:

No warranties are provided for performance, results, or satisfaction. Liability is limited to the previous month’s service fee.

Indemnity

Client Responsibility:

Clients indemnify Media Tech Management against any liabilities resulting from intellectual property claims or third-party platform issues.

Limitation of Liability

Damages:

Media Tech Management is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

Confidentiality Agreement

Confidential Information:

All client information is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery. Obligations extend two years after service termination.

Credit Card Disputes

Dispute Resolution:

Clients are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with us before involving financial institutions. Unresolved disputes may lead to account suspension.
